Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy.
Reservation Changes or Cancellations
24-Hour Notice: Reservations may be cancelled or modified without penalty if a minimum of 24 hours' notice is provided before the scheduled check-in time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking amount.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Late Check-In
If you anticipate arriving later than your scheduled check-in time, please inform us in advance. Failure to notify us may result in your reservation being treated as a no-show.
Group Bookings
Group bookings or multiple-room reservations require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or modifications. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
Refunds
Prepaid bookings or deposits are generally non-refundable but may be credited toward a future stay if the cancellation is made within the applicable notice period.
If a refund is approved due to exceptional circumstances, the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
